Group training is a fun, cost-effective way to ensure that accountability and motivation are a true part of your success. Atlantis @ the Breakers limits group training to groups of four. If your group is larger than four, check out our Bootcamps and Circuit Training.

The Breakers currently has three massage therapists on staff specializing in a range of massage therapy including Raki, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Swedish, Cranial Sacrol, Deep Tissue, and Foot Reflexology. You can enjoy a massage any day of the week in our brand new massage therapy room, conveniently located at The Wave. Our massages are not limited to residents, we are happy to set appointments for your relatives and guests when they come to visit you.

The Breakers Cafe has something to do every day and/or evening of the week like poker, karaoke, dancing, live acoustic music and our scrumptious weekend brunch.
BRONCOS GAME BUFFET!!!
During every Broncos game this season, the Café will be serving the $4, All You Can Eat, Broncos Buffet. Complete with all your Football favorites, Chicken Wings, Nachos, Cheese Sticks, and Jalapeno Poppers just to name a few. Come support your Orange and Blue this season at the Café!
Weekend Buffet!!!
The Weekend Buffet has been getting excellent reviews!! Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 2 pm come check it out. We will feature all sorts of brunch items to include, weekly specials, breakfast burritos, lox bagels, fruit parfaits, eggs, breakfast sausage, pancakes and more! Only $7.99 per person. During the buffet we will be serving Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s for $2.00! No more waiting. No reservations required.

This year’s Halloween Party will be the biggest and best party yet! Costume Contests, Halloween Games, Dance Party, Palm Readers etc…. Join the party and see for yourself what a great time this bash is!!
